| 摘 要： | 目的：观察采用中药方剂治疗支气管哮喘的疗效。方法：运用定喘固本汤进行治疗,并随症加减。结果：53例患者中,治愈24例,显效22例,好转7例,总有效率100%,其中喘息型支气管炎17例,治愈6例,显效8例,好转3例,支气管哮喘34例,治愈18例,显效14例,好转2例,支气管肺癌2例,均好转。结论：运用定喘固本汤治疗支气管哮喘,具有简便、快捷、疗效显著、副作用小的特点,值得在临床工作中推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating53 cases of bronchial asthma with the Dingchuan Guben decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of TCM medicine on bronchial asthma. Methods： Patients with bronchial asthma was treated with the Dingchuan Guben decoction, modification according to symptoms. Results： In 53 patients, cured for 24 cases, 22 cases were markedly improved, improved in 7 cases, its total efficacy was 100%. Conclusion： The Dingchuan Guben decoction was effective on bronchial asthma, with simple, fast and curative effects, and itis worthy of popularization and application in clinic. |
