白芨硫酸钡肠系造影诊断肠结核

目的：探讨使用白芨硫酸钡混悬剂在肠系造影中诊断肠结核的价值，观察其效果，寻找较常规法、气钡双重对比法 X 线肠系造影更有效、操作更简便的方法。方法：将白芨粉与医用硫酸钡混合，制成白芨硫酸钡混悬剂500mL左右，让患者一次服下，透视下观察钡剂通过食道、胃、空肠、上段回肠，直到末段回肠和部分升结肠。采用仰卧位、俯卧位、侧位及右前斜位、左前斜位等多种体位下观察，并对有价值的图像适时摄片。结果：加入白芨胶的硫酸钡混悬剂因其黏稠度高于普通硫酸钡，在肠道内通过速度变慢，肠管充盈更清楚，使溃疡、充盈缺损、肠管狭窄等病变更易暴露。加之白芨是一种具有止血功能的中药，可减少钡剂对通常容易出血的肠结核的创伤和出血。结论：使用白芨硫酸钡混悬剂在肠系造影中具有操作方法简便、钡剂不易沉淀、肠管病变显示清楚等特点，并能避免常规钡剂肠系检查对病变肠管的损伤，同时，在预防病灶出血方面也有独特的功能。

Diagnosis of intestinal tuberculosis by Baiji andbarium sulfate radiography

Objective： To investigate the value of Baiji and barium sulfate in intestinal tuberculosis radiography. More effectively and easily methods were found except for conventional method, double air-barium contrast examination and X-ray radiography. Methods： Baiji and barium sulfate were made from 500mL admixture. Patients took all admixtures just 1 time. Perspective of barium through esophagus, stomach, jejunum, ileum, the terminal ileum and ascending colon was observed. Patients were observed under the position of supine, prone, lateral, right anterior oblique and left anterior oblique. Value pictures were taken at the good time. Results： Baiji plus barium sulfate was more viscous than normal barium so that it flowed more slowly in the intestine and made pictures more clear. Ulcer, damage and stricture were more likely to be exposed. Baiji could reduce the damage and blooding caused by barium. Conclusion： Baiji plus barium sulfate had advantages of easy to operate, more clear and handy than barium, avoiding damage and preventing blooding.
