中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效和应用价值

目的：对中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床治疗效果及使用价值进行观察分析。方法：选取我院近两年收治的88例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为观察组与参考组，各44例，观察组患者采用常规西药联合我院自拟中药进行治疗，参考组患者采用常规西药治疗，比较两组患者治疗后心绞痛、心电图临床效果。结果：治疗后观察组患者心绞痛、心电图治疗总有效率分别为93.2%、95.5%，参考组患者心绞痛、心电图治疗总有效率分别为70.5%、72.7%，两组患者心绞痛、心电图治疗总有效率比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛能够促进心电图改善，有效缓解临床症状，效果显著。

Clinical effects and value of treating angina in the integrative medicine

Objective： To investigate clinical value and efficacy of the integrative medicine on angina. Methods： 88 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, both were given conventional western medicine, the observation was treated in TCM medicine more. Clinical effects of angina and ECG were compared. Results： The total efficacies of angina and ECG in the control were 93.2% and 95.5% respectively; those in the observation were 70.5% and 72.7% respectively. The differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine was confirmed with marked effects, and could relieve symptoms obviously.
