| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中医辨证治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2012年1月-2013年1月收治的100例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,将患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组患者50例,接受西医常规治疗,观察组患者50例,在对照组西医常规治疗基础上实施中医辨证治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果：观察组患者治疗总有效（96.0%）,明显高于对照组患者（72.0%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：健脾补肾、益气活血对治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎有较好疗效。

Clinical observation on treating chronic atrophic gastritis in TCM |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of TCM differentiation on chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods： 100 patients admitted from Jan. 2012 to Jan. 2013 were randomly divided into two groups, the control was given western conventional treatment, the observation was treated in TCM differentiation more. Clinical effects were observed in both. Results： The total efficacy in the observation （96.0%） was higher than that （72.0%） in the control, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Jianpi Bushen and Yiqi Huoxue were effective on chronic atrophic gastritis. |
