“鼻三针”配合穴位注射治疗嗅觉障碍疗效观察

目的：观察“鼻三针”配合穴位注射治疗嗅觉障碍的临床疗效。方法：将64例嗅觉障碍患者随机分为两组,治疗组32例,采用“鼻三针”疗法配合穴位注射治疗;对照组32例,给予强的松、维生素、ATP等药物治疗。结果：治疗组显效27例（84.4%）,对照组显效19例（59.4%）,治疗组效果优于对照组,经统计学处理有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：“鼻三针”配合穴位注射治疗嗅觉障碍有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical observation on treating dysosmia withNose 3-Needle plus acupoint injection

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy ofNose 3-Needle plus acupoint injection on dysosmia. Methods： 64 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. 32 cases in the treatment group were givenNose 3-needle plus acupoint injection, and 32 cases in the control group were given western medicine. Results： The efficacy was 27 cases （84.4%） in the treatment and 19 cases （59.4%） in the control group, and the treatment group was better than the control. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Nose3-Needleplus acupoint injection show good clinical effects.
