| 摘 要： | 对50例耻骨直肠肌综合征患者行中医治疗，有效率80%。耻骨直肠肌综合征在中医属“便秘”范畴，总由大肠传导失职而致，治当分虚实，辨证论治。实者以驱邪，泻热、通导为主，辅以顺气导滞之品，标本兼治，邪去便通；虚者以养正为先，滋阴养血，益气温阳为治本之法，辅以甘温润肠之药，标本兼治，正盛便通。

| Abstract: | 50 patients with PRS were treated in TCM medicine, the total efficacy was 80%. Pathogenesis of puborectal muscle syndrome from dereliction of the large intestine conduction was generalized to Xu and Shi. Therefore, Quxie and Yangzheng should be united to Xiere, Tongdao, Zhengsheng Biantong. |
