中西医结合序贯治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

目的：探讨中西医结合序贯治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法：选取商丘市第一人民医院2012年5月-2013年11月收治的50例糖尿病肾病患者，按照就诊先后顺序分为对照组和观察组，各25例。对照组给予胰岛素及卡托普利治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用中药序贯治疗。对比分析两组尿蛋白定量、肾功能及临床症状改善情况。结果：观察组尿蛋白定量、血肌酐及尿素氮水平下降比对照组明显，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。对照组症状改善率为64.00%，观察组症状改善率为88.00%；观察组改善率较对照组高，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗期间均未出现严重药物不良反应。结论：中西医结合序贯治疗糖尿病肾病可明显改善肾功能，促进临床症状好转，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating diabetic nephropathy in the integrative medicine

Objective： To explore efficacy of the integrative medicine on diabetic nephropathy. Methods： 50 patients were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group in order, 25 cases for each. The control group was treated with insulin and captopril, while the observation group was given TCM medicine more. The quantity of urinary protein, renal function and clinical symptoms in two groups were compared. Results： The quantity of urinary protein, levels of serum creatinine and usea nitrogen in observation group were lower than that in the control, differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The rates of symptom improvement in control group and observation group were 64.00% and 88.00% respectively, differences was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There were no severe adverse reactions in two groups. Conclusion： The integrative medicine for diabetic nephropathy could significantly improve the function of renal and clinical symptoms with a high safety, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
