中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎45例疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效及复发情况。方法：90例患者随机分为两组,对照组45例采用西药常规治疗,治疗组45例在西药常规治疗基础上口服参苓白术散加减煎剂;两组疗程均为4周,1个疗程后进行疗效评价,1年后观察复发率情况。结果：治疗组总疗效、结肠镜疗效均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组治疗后主要症状改善、大便常规中的红细胞及白细胞数降低程度均较治疗前明显（P〈0.05）,两组间比较治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）;1年后治疗组复发率19.4%,对照组复发率50.0%,两组复发率比较有显著性差异。结论：中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,复发率低。

Effective observation on treating45 cases of colitis gravis in the integrative medicine

Objective： To evaluate clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on colitis gravis. Methods： 90 patients were randomly divided into the control group （45 cases） and the treatment group （45 cases）; the control group was given western medicine, and another group was given Shenling Baizhu San more; 4 weeks as 1 course. Efficacy was evaluated in 1 course and recurrence was observed in 1 year. Results： The total efficiency and colonoscopy effects in the treatment were obviously higher than that in the control （P〈0.05）. The treatment group was better than the control through comparison between two groups （P〈0.05）. Main symptoms, reduction of red blood cells and white blood cells in stool after treatment were obviously lower than that before treatment. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine could improve clinical effects and reduce recurrence.
