| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针刺加中药内服外敷治疗膝关节退行性变的临床治疗效果。方法：选取74例膝关节退行性变患者,随机分为A、B两组,给予A组患者针刺治疗,给予B组患者针刺加中药内服外敷治疗,分析两组患者临床治疗效果。结果：两组患者临床治疗效果进行对比,A组患者临床治疗总有效率为64.8%,B组患者临床总有效率为94.6%。B组患者治疗效果优于A组（P〈0.05）。结论：针刺加中药内服外敷对膝关节退行性变治疗效果显著,值得临床推广和使用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus TCM medicine on knee joint retrograde degeneration. Methods： 74 patients with knee joint retrograde degeneration were randomly divided into group A and group B. Group A was given acupuncture. Group B was given TCM medicine more. Clinical efficacy in two groups was compared. Results： The total efficiency was 64.8% in group A, and 94.6% in group B; clinical efficacy in group B was better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus TCM medicine showed good clinical effects, and were worthy of clinical promotion. |
