中药内服外洗治疗慢性湿疹125例疗效观察

目的：观察中药内服外洗治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法：将250例慢性湿疹患者按数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,各125例,对照组给予西药外用治疗,观察组给予中药内服外洗治疗,2个疗程后对比两组疗效。结果：观察组总有效率93.60%,优于对照组的81.60%,两组症状体征评分均较治疗前明显降低,观察组治疗前后差值明显大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中药内服外洗治疗慢性湿疹疗效确切,值得临床进一步研究推广。

Clinical observation on treating chronic eczema inTCM medicine

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of TCM medicine on chronic eczema. Methods： 250 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given western medicine for external application; the treatment was given TCM medicine for internal and external application. In 2 treating courses, clinical effects were observed. Results： The efficacy in the treatment （93.60%） was higher than that in the control （81.60%）. Signs and symptoms scores decreased significantly in both, differences of those in the treatment were more obvious than those in the control before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM medicine was confirmed with good effects, and was worthy of further study and promotion.
