| 摘 要： | 目的：观察参芪减毒汤对化疗后白细胞减少症的疗效。方法：选取30例恶性肿瘤患者,在化疗前7d至化疗后10d,服用自拟参芪减毒汤。结果：30例患者中,显效24例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。结论：参芪减毒汤在预防及治疗化疗后白细胞减少症方面以其效显便廉的特点易于被患者接受,值得临床推广。

Treating leukopenia following chemotherapy with the Shenqi Jiandu decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Shenqi Jiandu decoction on leukopenia following chemotherapy. Methods： 30 patients were given the Shenqi Jiandu decoction since 7 days before chemotherapy to 10days after chemotherapy. Results： In 30 patients, 24 cases were markedly effective, 4 were effective, 2 were invalid, and the total efficacy was 93.33%. Conclusion： The Shenqi Jiandu decoction was easy to accept for its characteristics, convenient and cheap, and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
