Survivin和Ki-67在三阴乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义

目的检测三阴乳腺癌组织（TNBC）中抗凋亡蛋白Survivin和增殖细胞核抗原Ki-67表达情况并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组化sP法检测56例ER、PR和HER-2均为阴性的TNBC组织和30例癌旁正常乳腺组织Survivin和Ki-67的表迭情况。结果TN-BC组织中Survivin和Ki-67表达定位于细胞核，其表达率分别为62％（34／56）和70％（39／56），明显高于癌旁正常组织（P〈0．05）；56例TNBC组织中，Survivin和Ki-67蛋白在cTNM分级中Ⅲ级表达率高于Ⅰ＋Ⅱ级（P〈0．05），Survivin和Ki-67在病理分期Ⅲ＋Ⅳ期的表达率高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期（P〈0．05），表达率与腋窝淋巴结转移呈正相关（P〈0．05），而与年龄无关（P〉0．05）。结论Survivin和Ki-67在TNBC中呈明显高表达，与TNBC的发生、发展和转移密切相关。

Expression and clinical significance of Survivin and Ki -67 in human triple-negative breast cancer

Objective It is to observe the expression of Survivin and Ki - 67 in human triple-negative breast cancer （TN- BC） and approach the clinical pathological significance. Methods Using SP immunohistochemistry method, the expression of Survivin and Ki - 67 in 56 cases of breast cancer tissue in patients with TNBC （ ER, PR and HER - 2 were all negative expression） and 30 cases of normal breast tissue adjacent cancer were examined. Results The expression of Survivin and Ki -67 in TNBC tissue was located within the nucleus. The positive expression rates of Survivin and Ki- 67 were 62% （34/56） and 70% （39/56） respectively, which were much higher than that in the adjacent normal tissue （all P 〈 0.05）. In the 56 cases of TNBC, the positive expression of Survivin and Ki - 67 in cTNM grade Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ （ all P 〈 0.05）. In addition, the positive expression of Survivin and Ki - 67 in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ tumors was also higher than that in stageI and Ⅱ tumors （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Furthermore, the expression of Survivin and Ki - 67 were associated with axillary lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and were not related with ages （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Survivin and Ki - 67 are highly expressed in TNBC and their expressions were closely related with the occurrence, development and metastasis of TNBC.
