| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中西医综合治疗对膝关节慢性滑膜炎的疗效。方法：将84例膝关节慢性滑膜炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组：对照组予以关节腔穿刺抽液并注射；治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药内服外用热敷熏洗。结果：治疗组总有效率及关节功能评分优于对照组。讨论：运用中西医结合治疗可提高膝关节慢性滑膜炎的疗效。

Clinical observation on treating chronic synovitis of knee joint in the integrative medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective： To study clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on chronic synovitis of knee joint. Methods： 84 patients with chronic synovitis of knee joint were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group; the control group were given arthrocentesis plus intra-articular injections; the treatment group were given TCM more. Results： The total efficacy and joint function scores in the treatment group are better than those in the control group. Conclusion： The integrative medicine could improve clinical effects. |
