中西医结合治疗小儿腹泻临床疗效观察

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗小儿腹泻的效果。方法：选取我院于2008年10月-2013年10月收治的344例小儿腹泻患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组，各172例。对照组严格按照《中国腹泻病诊断治疗方案》进行诊断与治疗，并及时口服补液盐（ORS）或糖盐水。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予口服中药联合脐部外敷法。治疗结束后，统计治疗时间、有效率，评价两种治疗方法的疗效。结果：对照组总有效率为75.6%，治疗组总有效率为98.8%，有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗小儿腹泻效果确切，值得临床推广。

Clinical observation on treating diarrhea in children in the integrative medicine

Objective： To discuss clinical effects of the integrative medicine on diarrhea in children. Methods： 344 children with diarrhea were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, 172 cases for each. The control group was given ORS or sugar, salt and treated according toChina diarrheal disease diagnosis and treatment plan; the treatment group was given oral TCM medicine plus umbilical external application more. After treatment, the duration, efficiency, and efficacy of two treatment methods were evaluated. Results： The total efficiency in the treatment group （98.8%） was significantly better than （75.6%） in the control. Conclusion： The efficacy of the integrative medicine on diarrhea in children is confirmed, and worthy of promotion.
