| 摘 要： | 目的：探究中西医结合疗法在脑梗死治疗过程中的的应用价值。方法：100例脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组50例，对照组患者单纯采用西医方式治疗，而观察组患者在西医治疗基础上联合中医辨证治疗，治疗2周后对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组患者临床有效率为92.0%，对照组有效率为74.0%，观察组患者临床有效率明显高于对照组，具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗脑梗死可有效提高临床有效率，有利于改善患者预后，提高患者的生活质量。

Clinical observation on treating cerebral infarction in the integrative medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the value of treating cerebral infarction in the integrative medicine. Methods： 100 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases for each, the control group was given western medicine treatment, while the observation group was given TCM differentiation treatment more. with 2 weeks’ treatments, clinical effects were compared. Results： The total efficiency in the observation （92.0%） was significantly better than that （74.0%） in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine treatment could increase the clinical efficacy, improve patients’ life quality. |
