中药联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良分析

目的：探讨中药联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法：选取2010年10月-2012年10月我院收治的90例功能性消化不良患者为研究对象,将其随机地分为对照组和治疗组,对照组45例单纯给予中药治疗,治疗组45例在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药联合多潘立酮治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果：对照组患者总有效率为82.2%,治疗组患者总有效率为95.6%,两组对比差异明显,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：与单纯运用中药治疗功能性消化不良相比,中药联合多潘立酮治疗临床效果明显,值得临床大力推广和应用。

An analysis on treating functional dyspepsia with TCM medicine plus domperidone

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of TCM medicine plus domperidone on functional dyspepsia. Methods： 90 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group from Oct. 2010 to Oct. 2012. 45 cases in the control group were given TCM medicine solo. 45 cases in another were given TCM medicine plus domperidone. Clinical effects in two groups were compared. Results： The total efficacy was 82.2% in the control group, and 95.6% in another group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM medicine plus domperidone showed better clinical efficacy than TCM medicine solo, and were worthy of promotion.
