中药雾化吸入治疗慢性心力衰竭的研究

目的：观察中药雾化吸入治疗慢性心力衰竭。方法：将60例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上加用中药雾化吸入治疗，疗程14d。结果：疗程结束后，研究组总有效率93.33%，优于对照组76.67%（P〈0.05）。研究组心功能各项参数指标均较对照组明显改善（P〈0.01）。结论：中药雾化吸入治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效肯定，值得临床推广使用。

A clinical study on treating chronic heart failure inTCM medicine inhalation

Objective： To observe effects of TCM medicine inhalation on chronic heart failure. Methods： 60 cases of chronic heart failure were randomly divided into the research group and the control group. The control group was given conventional treatment, while the research group was given TCM medicine inhalation more. Results： The total efficacy in the research was 93.33%, significantly better than 76.67% in the control group （P〈0.05）. The heart function parameters in the research were significantly improved better than that in the control （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： TCM medicine inhalation show certain effects on chronic heart failure, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
