中药内外合治对糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床疗效观察

目的：观察中药内服及足浴对糖尿病下肢血管病变患者的疗效。方法：将36例糖尿病下肢血管病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各18例，对照组予以糖尿病基础健康教育，饮食、运动疗法，口服降糖药或胰岛素联合控制血糖，口服西洛他唑胶囊。治疗组在对照组基础上予以中药内服及中药足浴。观察两组患者治疗前后间歇性跛行距离、ABI指数水平、临床疗效。结果：治疗组间歇性跛行距离、ABI指数水平、临床疗效较对照组均有差异，（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论：中药内服及足浴可明显改善糖尿病下肢血管病变患者间歇性跛行症状，提高ABI指数水平，具有较好临床疗效。

Clinical observation on treating diabetic lower extremity vascular disease in TCM medicine

Objective： To observe clinical effects of TCM medicine on diabetic lower extremity vascular disease. Methods： 36 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 18 cases for each; the control was given health education, diet and exercise therapy, hypoglycemic agents or insulin, cilostazol capsules; while the treatment was given TCM medicine for internal and external application more. Results： The difference of intermittent claudication distance, ABI index level and clinical effects in two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05 orP〈0.01）. Conclusion： TCM medicine for internal and external application can obviously improve symptoms of intermittent claudication in patients and ABI index level, with better clinical efficacy.
