通窍活血汤加减结合西医基础治疗对老年糖尿病并发脑血管疾病患者的影响

目的：探究通窍活血汤加减结合西医基础治疗对老年糖尿病并发脑血管疾病临床疗效的影响。方法：选取2012年5月-2013年6月,在我院神经内科或内分泌科住院的糖尿病并发脑血管疾病的患者150例,年龄均大于60岁,以信封完全密闭的方式随机分为对照组与观察组,每组75例,对照组的75例患者采用常规西医基础治疗措施包括降血糖治疗,抗血小板治疗,抗凝治疗或溶栓治疗等,观察组患者在西医基础治疗的基础上采用通窍活血汤加减辨证治疗,观察两组患者的康复情况。结果：观察组血糖平均水平优于对照组,且P均〈0.05;观察组的患者总有效率为85.75,优于对照组的65.3%,两者具有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：针对老年糖尿病并发脑血管疾病的患者采用通窍活血汤,可以提高此类患者治疗的临床疗效,值得临床推广。

Effects of the Tongqiao Huoxue decoction and western medicine in old patients on diabetes plus cerebrovascular diseases

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of the Tongqiao Huoxue decoction and western medicine on diabetes plus cerebrovascular diseases in the old. Methods： 150 patients who aged more than 60 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group from May 2012 to June 2013, 75 cases for each. The control group received conventional treatment such as hypoglycemic therapy, antiplatelet therapy, anticoagulant therapy or thrombolytic therapy etc. Another group received the Tongqiao Huoxue decoction more. Rehabilitation was observed in two groups. Results： Blood glucose in the observation was better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The total efficacy was 85.75% in the observation that was obviously higher than 65.30% in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Tongqiao Huoxue decoction could improve clinical efficacy, and is worthy of promotion.
