基于脾胃生理功能基础上的脾系病症循证治疗诌议

循证治疗因其科学性得到医学界的广泛关注和认可，循证治疗与祖国医学相结合是中医临床发展的必然方向，笔者通过自己对中医学理论的理解和临床实践的认识，对中医脾胃病症的循证治疗提出自己的观点，使脾胃病症的治疗有理可据，有规律可循，增加其治疗的规范性，临床的可操作性，疗效的稳定性、可重复性，体现了祖国医学治疗疾病的科学性，为临床中医药治疗疾病提供了可靠的临床思路和流程，对丰富祖国医学理论和提高临床疗效有现实意义，不揣浅陋，与大家共勉。

Evidence-based treatment on Pi and Wei diseases

Evidence-based treatment is widely recognized for its science. TCM development aims at the combination between evidence-based treatment and TCM. The view of evidence-based treatment on Pi and Wei diseases was introduced based on the author’s understanding of TCM theory and his clinical practice. Standards of treatment,stability and repeatability of effects, clinical operation could be improved with regularity to conform to. Science of TCM treatment was appeared, clinical clew and processes were proposed, and these make a contribution to TCM theory and clinical efficacy.
