寒湿痹颗粒治疗类风湿关节炎、强直性脊柱炎和膝骨关节炎中医辨证属寒湿痹阻证的临床疗效

目的：探讨分析寒湿痹颗粒治疗类风湿关节炎、强直性脊柱炎和膝骨关节炎中医辨证属寒湿痹阻证的临床疗效。方法：选取到我院接受治疗的患有类风湿关节炎、强直性脊柱炎和膝骨关节炎等疾病的患者78例，按治疗药物的不同将其分为对照组和实验组，每组39例，对照组采用正清风痛宁片治疗，实验组则采用寒湿痹颗粒治疗。比较并观察两组患者的治疗效果，观察两组患者治疗的总有效率等。结果：实验组患者的治疗的总有效率（71.79%）明显高于对照组的治疗的总有效率（43.59%），统计学上有意义（P〈0.05）。结论：寒湿痹颗粒治疗类风湿关节炎、强直性脊柱炎和膝骨关节炎等寒湿痹阻证疗效明显，可以有效改善健康状况，加快患者的恢复，此治疗法在临床上可以广泛运用。

Clinical effects of the Hanshibi granule on treating rheumatoid arthritis,ankylosing spondylitis and knee osteoarthritis

Objective： To discuss clinical effect of the Hanshibi granule on rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 78 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 39 cases for each, the control was given the Zhengqing Fengtongning tablet, and the treatment was given the Hanshibi granule. Results： The total efficacy in the treatment was 71.79%, obviously higher than 43.59% in the control, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Hanshibi granule can effectively improve health status, accelerate the recovery of patients, should be applied in clinic.
