| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨神经根型颈椎病采用中医针灸干预的效果。方法：120例神经根型颈椎病患者根据随机抽签法分为对照组与治疗组各60例，对照组采用推拿治疗，治疗组采用针灸治疗。结果：治疗组的总有效率96．7％，对照组总有效率83．3％，两组相比有显著差异（P〈O．05）。结论：神经根型颈椎病采用中医针灸干预能有效改善颈椎功能状况，提高临床预后效果。

A clinical analysis of intervening nerve root type cervical spondylosis by acupuncture |

| Abstract: | Objective： To study effects of acupuncture on intervening cervical spondylosis of nervous root type. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, 60 cases for each; the control was treated by massage, the treatment was treated by acupuncture. Results： The total efficiency in the treatment group was 96.7%; in another group it was 83.3%. The difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture intervention can effectively improve the cervical function and clinical prognosis. |
