中医及中西医结合治疗IgA肾病的疗效比较

目的：比较分析中医及中西医结合治疗IgA肾病临床效果。方法：选取我院自2011年8月-2013年8月收治的92例IgA肾病患者随机分为观察组与参考值，各46例，参考组患者单纯采用补阳还五汤治疗，观察组患者在常规西医治疗的基础上采用补阳还五汤治疗，比较两组患者临床治疗效果、24h 尿蛋白定量、血肌酐及血尿素氮。结果：观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.5%，参考组患者治疗总有效率为76.1%，数据比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组患者24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐及血尿素氮明显优于参考组，比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗IgA肾病效果显著，能够有效促进临床症状改善，改善预后。

Treating IgA nephropathy inTCM and the integrative medicine

Objective： To compare clinical efficacy of TCM and the integrative medicine on IgA nephropathy. Methods： 92 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group from Aug. 2011 to Aug. 2013, 46 cases for each. The control group was given the Buyang Huanwu decoction solo. Another group was given western medicine plus the Buyang Huanwu decoction. Clinical effects, urine protein in 24h, serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen in two groups were compared. Results： The total efficacy was 93.5% in the observation group, and 76.1% in another group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Urine protein in 24h, serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen in the observation group were obviously better, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine showed good clinical effects, and could improve clinical symptoms and prognosis.
