老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的中西医结合治疗效果观察

目的：观察老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的中西医结合治疗效果。方法：选取我院2011年2月-2013年2月收治的40例骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折老年患者为研究对象，抽签将其分为两组，各20例，对照组患者行 PKP （经皮椎体后凸成形术）治疗，实验组患者给予PKP联合中医治疗，对两组患者总体治疗效果、治疗前后VAS评分、Cobb’s角及伤椎前/中部高度丢失情况进行比较。结果：两组患者治疗前后VAS评分、伤椎高度丢失百分数及Cobb’s角差异有统计学意义，P〈0.05，且实验组治疗后1年 VAS评分、Cobb’s角明显优于对照组，P〈0.05。此外，实验组治疗痊愈率60%，总有效率95%；对照组痊愈率25%，总有效率80%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义，P〈0.05。结论：相比单纯西医治疗，中西医结合治疗可有效恢复椎体高度及矫正后凸畸形症状，改善患者生活质量，值得在老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折治疗中进一步应用。

Clinical observation on treating senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures in the integrative medicine

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures. Methods： 40 patients were randomly divided into two groups; the control group was given percutaneous kyphoplasty, while the experimental group was given percutaneous kyphoplasty plus TCM treatment. Results： After treatment, the difference of VAS scores, the percentage loss of vertebral height and Cobb’s angle in two groups were statistically significant,P〈0.05; in 1 year, compared with before treatment, the difference of VAS scores and Cobb’s angle in two groups were statistically significant,P〈0.05, and the experimental group was obvious better. The cured rate and total efficacy in the experimental group was 60% and 95%, higher than 25% and 80% in the control, the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05. Conclusion： The integrative medicine can restore vertebral body height and correct kyphosis symptoms, improve the quality of life, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
