乳腺癌根治术后并发症的临床观察及护理

目的：总结乳腺癌根治术后并发症的临床观察及护理经验．从而有效地预防或降低并发症的发生。方法：回顾性分析我院2006-01～2008-04行乳腺癌根治术的192例患者的临床资料．并对术后并发症的临床观察及护理进行分析与总结。结果：192例乳腺癌根治术患者，发生术后并发症54例，并发症发生率为28．12％。通过有效地护理措施，54例患者均痊愈出院。结论：乳腺癌根治术后并发症多，术前系统的心理护理及健康教育，术后严密观察伤口情况。加强引流管的管理及对患侧上肢功能锻炼的指导，是预防或减少并发症发生的重要环节。

Clinical observation and nursing for complications following radical operation on mammary cancer
