| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨最佳的护理管理方法，以持续改进和提高护理质量。方法：每季度根据各项护理指标权重将护理质量检查结果采用加权综合指数法计算各护理单元综合得分，进行评价和排名。结果：护理综合质量排名促进护理质量明显提高，患满意度2000年为87．3％，2003年上升至99．1％。结论：实行护理质量综合排名，促进了护理质量提高，最优实现了护理质量综合管理目标。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore for most favourite nursing management method to improve nursing quality.Method:We had measured nursing unit general scores by index weights and compared them.Result:Nursing quality had been improved obviously,patients' satis factory degree had raised from 87.3% to 99.1%.Conclusion:Nursing quality had been improved by comparing nursing quality score measurement. |
