天津市7123名学龄期儿童腰围、臀围及相关指标特征分析

目的 了解天津市学龄期儿童腰围、臀围、腰臀比(WHR)水平及年龄、性别特征,分析其与身高、体质量及体质量指数(BMI)的关系,并探讨腰围与三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)及尿酸(UA)的关系.方法 测量7123名天津市学龄期儿童的身高、体质量、腰围、臀围,计算其WHR、BMI,记录各个年龄组男童和女童的腰围、臀围和WHR,通过两组独立样本资料的t检验分析各年龄组腰围、臀围和WHR的性别差异,并对各指标进行相关性分析.其中1 811名留取静脉血行TG、TC、HDL、LDL、UA检测.结果 儿童的腰围和臀围均随年龄的增长而增长,且男童大于女童(Pa<0.05);男童WHR无明显变化,女童WHR随年龄增长而呈下降趋势,各年龄组男童大于女童(Pa<0.05);BMI均随年龄的增长而增长,各年龄组男童大于女童(Pa<0.05);腰围和臀围分别与年龄、身高和体质量呈正相关,WHR与体质量呈正相关(男童r=0.419,P<0.05;女童r=0 241,Pa<0.05),BMI与年龄、身高和体质量均呈正相关.腰围与TG、TC、LDL、UA呈正相关(r=0.076、0.098、0.137、0.401,Pa<0 05),与HDL呈负相关(r=-0.319,P<0.05).结论 天津市学龄期儿童腰围、臀围和BMI均与身高、体质量有关,WHR与体质量有关,腰围与TG、TC、HDL、LDL、UA有关.腰围及相关指标可作为儿童肥胖及相关疾病的预测指标.

Analysis of Characteristics of Waist Circumference,Hip Circumference and Related Anthropometric Parameters among 7123 School Children in Tianjin

Objective To investigate the characteristics of waist circumference(WC),hip circumference(HC) and waist to hip ratio(WHR) by age and gender among school children in Tianjin,explore the relationship of these indexes with height,weight and BMI,and the relationship of WC with the levels of blood triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL) and uric acid(UA).Methods Seven thousand one hundred and twenty-three school children were chosen in Tianjin,the height,weight,WC and HC were measured,the WHR and BMI were calculated.The values of WC,HC and WHR by age,gender were expressed with the means and standard deviation.The differences of these variables between male and female were analyzed by independent-samples t test,and the correlation analysis was performed to these indexes.The levels of blood TG,TC,HDL,LDL and UA in 1 811 school children were measured.Results Average WC and HC values of boys were higher than those of girls(Pa<0.05),and increased with age.The WHR showed a decreasing trend with age in girls,but had no significant changes in boys,and WHR in boys was significantly higher than that in girls(Pa<0.05).Average BMI values of boys were higher than that in girls(Pa<0.05),and increased with age.The WC and HC had positive correlations with age,height and weight.The WHR had positive correlations with weight(boy:r=0.419,P<0.05;girl:r=0.241,P<0.05).The BMI had positive correlations with age,height and weight.The WC had positive correlations with TG,TC,LDL and UA(r=0.076,0.098,0.137,0.401,Pa<0.05),and had negative correlation with HDL(r=-0.319,P<0.05).Conclusions The levels of WC,HC and BMI of school children in Tianjin may be correlated with height and weight.WHR may be correlated with their weight.WC may be correlated with TG,TC,HDL,LDL and UA.So WC and related indexes may be the indexes to predict obesity of children and related diseases.
