山西省公众结核病知识知晓率调查分析

目的分析2010年山西省结核病知晓率调查资料,了解公众对结核病知识掌握程度。方法对全省2010年5个结核病流行病学调查点的抽样人群进行结核病知识知晓率调查,将调查问卷进行汇总分析。结果山西省5条结核病核心信息总条目知晓率为59.2%;关于结核病症状和传播途径的知晓率较高,分别为79.8%和71.3%;关于结核病治愈可能性的知晓率次之,为54.9%,关于结核病免费政策的知晓率最低,为27.6%;不同信息知晓率存在性别差异,普遍男性略高于女性,差异无统计学意义;5个调查点的总条目知晓率差异有统计学意义,运城调查点最高,为71.9%,临汾调查点最低,为33.8%;不同户籍人口知晓率存在差异,外地户籍的为69.9%,本地户籍的为58.7%。结论通过5年的结核病健康知识宣传,人群知晓率有所提高,仍存在较大差异,今后在工作中,要针对不同的目标人群开展结核病防治知识宣传,提高人群结核病的知晓率,达到控制结核病的目的。

Analysis of survey on public knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and control in Shanxi province
