218例小儿肺切除

为了提高小儿外科肺疾患的治愈率，对１９６４～１９９４年２１８例肺切除病儿资料作回顾分析。其中男１１６例，女１０２例；年龄１天～１４岁。属先天肺发育畸形者１７２例（７８．９％），感染性疾患２１例（９．６％），肺实体肿瘤１８例（８．３％），胸部创伤并发脓肺７例（３．２％）。全组治愈２０７例（９５％），死亡１１例（５％）。结论：当今小儿肺切除已非难题，且在外科肺疾患治疗中占重要地位。小儿肺组织弹性好，代偿力强，对手术有较好的耐受力，故年龄小并非手术禁忌。

Pulmonary Resection in Children:A Report of 218 Cases

Background:To improve the curative rate of pulmonary resection in children,retrospective analyses of 218 cases treated in the last 30 years were made.The children's ages varied from one day to fourteen years.There were 116 males and 102 females.Pulmonary diseases consisted of 172 cases of congenital lung deformities (78.9%),21 lung infection (9.6%),18 pulmonary tumor (8.3%),and 7 pulmonary trauma (3.2%).Two hundreds and seven patients were cured (95%) and 11 died (5%). Conclusion:Pulmonary resection is an important method in the treatment of some lung diseases in children.They have better tolerance to pulmonary resection because their lungs have good elasticity and compensatory capacity.So,age is not a contraindication to pulmonary resection in children.The aim of surgical treatment should be radical eradication of the primary disease of the lung.
