| 摘 要： | 目的 观察降糖方治疗糖尿病的效果。方法 选择符合诊断及纳入标准的患者120例,将其随机分为2组,治疗组60例予降糖方治疗,对照组60例予消渴丸治疗,并进行疗效比较。结果 经过4周治疗,治疗组和对照组比较总有效率差异非常显著(P<0.01);两组自身治疗前后FBG,PBG比较差异非常显著(P<0.01);治疗组和对照组治疗后FBG比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),PBG差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论 单纯中草药组成的降糖方治疗糖尿病有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to study the efficacy of Jiangtangfang (JTF) on diabetes mellitus. Methods 120 patients who fulfilled the diagnosis and included criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Sixty patients in the treatment group were treated with JTF and sixty patients in the control group were treated with Xiaokewan. Result Total efficacy of treatment group was higher than that of control group and the difference was significant ( P < 0.01) . FBG and PBG of both group were significantly decreased (P<0.01). FBG of treatment group after treatment was lower than that of control group (P<0.05). PBG of treatment group after treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion JTF, composed of pure traditional Chinese herbs, has good efficacy on diabetes mellitus. |
