2010年某区医疗机构消毒效果抽检情况分析

目的了解医疗机构消毒卫生工作现状,为进一步做好此项工作提供可靠依据。方法按《医院消毒卫生标准》(GB15982-1995)、卫生部2002版《消毒技术规范》、《戊二醛类消毒剂卫生质量技术规范》等进行检测及评价。结果该区医疗机构医院消毒管理总体水平尚可,总合格率91.32%,不合格的项目主要为工作人员手、内镜内腔面、使用中的消毒剂。经对不合格的23件样品进行复检,其中1件使用中的消毒剂仍不符合规范。结论应建立长期有效的监督体制,规范医疗消毒卫生管理,减少医院感染的发生,阻断可能存在的传染病传播途径。

Analysis on Disinfection in Medical Institutions in Songjiang District of Shanghai in 2010

Objective To find out the disinfection status in medical institutions in a district,to provide a reliable basis for this work.Methods The test and evaluation was done according to "Standard Disinfection in Hospitals"(GB15982-1995)," Disinfection Technical Specifications"(2002) and "Health and Quality of Glutaraldehyde Disinfectant Technical Specifications"and so on.Results The overall disinfection in the hospitals in the area is tolerableness with qualification rate of 91.32%.The main items of failing are staff hands,endoscopic cavity surface,disinfectants.Twenty three samples were retested and one disinfectant is still fail to pass.Conclusion We should build up a long-term effective monitoring system,regulate medical disinfection and health management,reduce the possibility of nosocomial infection,stop the transmission of infectious diseases that may exist.
