| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨益生菌联合黛力新治疗肠易激综合征（IBS）的临床效果。方法：选取2007年1月至2008年1月间在我院治疗的IBS患者90例,随机分为治疗组和对照组;对照组给予一般治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予益生菌联合黛力新治疗。结果：治疗后治疗组患者SAS、SDS评分均较治疗前降低,且治疗组患者SAS、SDS评分均较对照组降低,两者比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组临床总有效率为95.56%,对照组为73.33%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组均无不良反应出现。结论：益生菌联合黛力新能明显改善肠易激综合征的症状,并能改善患者的不良情绪,临床效果显著。
