性病恐惧症42例报告

目的:分析性传播疾病恐惧症的形成原因及其病例特征,探讨性传播疾病恐惧症的诊断与治疗。方法:对42例性传播疾病恐惧症患者的各种临床特征进行统计分析,并进行文献复习。结果:性传播疾病恐惧症的临床症状以生殖器官的各种不适与异常为主,发病率与不洁性生活史、性传播疾病史、文化程度、职业、思想素质、道德观念、医学误导等有关。治疗效果尚欠满意。结论:性传播疾病恐惧症原因复杂,需要严谨诊断,在治疗原发病的基础上配合解释与暗示治疗。

Sexually transmitted disease phobia: analysis of 42 cases

Objective:To study the clinical characteristics of sexually transmitted disease (STD) phobia and its diagnosis and treatment. Methods: The clinical symptoms and features of STD phobia in 42 patients were analyzed. Results: The main symptoms of STD phobia were abnormality and discomfort in genital organs. The pathogenesis was related to extramarital sexual intercourses, history of STD, educational level, occupation, mentality, morality, and medical misguides. The therapeutic results were unsatisfactory. Conclusions: The causes of STD phobia are complex, and its diagnosis should be rigorously made. Its treatment entails explanations and suggestios on the basis of proper treatment of the accompanying disease.
