| 摘 要： | 目的分析绝经后阴道出血的病因与绝经年限及患者年龄的关系。方法对312例绝经后阴道出血患者的临床病理资料进行分析。结果功能失调性子宫出血62例,妇科炎症170例,子宫肌瘤20例,宫内节育器14例,恶性肿瘤46例。结论炎症及功能失调性子宫出血是引起绝经后阴道出血的主要原因,患者年龄越大,出血距绝经时间越长,恶性肿瘤发病率增加。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between the causes of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding (PMB) and the year after menopause and the age of patients. Methods By investigating the clinical datas of 312 postmenopausal vaginal bleeding women. Results In these cases, there were 62 dysfunctional uterine bleeding, 170 inflammation, 20 uterine fibroid, 14 intrauterine devices And 46 malignant cases. Conclusion Non-organic factor and inflammation are the main causes of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding. The older the patients, the longer time the bleeding after menopause, the higher the rate of cancer. |
