漯河市部分小学生HBsAg携带情况调查

目的]了解漯河市小学生HBsAg携带情况,为进一步开展乙肝防治工作提供依据。方法]随机抽取城区、郊区各2所小学的学生共3 120名,采取指端血用胶体金法检测HBsAg。结果]小学生HBsAg阳性率1.06%,城区学生HBsAg阳性率(0.62%)与郊区学生HBsAg阳性率(1.36%)相比差异有统计学意义,男生HBsAg阳性率(1.20%)与女生HBsAg阳性率(0.90%)相比差异无统计学意义。结论]漯河市小学生HBsAg阳性率明显低于全国9.75%1]的水平,由低年龄组到高年龄组HBsAg阳性率有上升趋势,乙肝防治工作有待加强。

Investigation On HBsAg Carried by Some Puils in Luohe

Objective]To study the HBsAg situation carried by Lu ohe pupils so as to provide basis for Hepatitis B control and prevention.Methods]To sample randomly 3 120 pupils from two schools in city a nd suburb respectively,and detect HBsAg with blood collected at the top of fing er by colloidal gold method.Results]HBsAg positive rate was 1.06%;the deffrence of positive rate between city pupils(0.62%) and suburb pu pils(1.36%) had statistic significance,while that between boys(1.20%) and g irls(0.90%) had no statistic significance.Conclusion]Pupil s' HBsAg positive rate of Luohe was clearly under the national level (9.75%),i t had the ascending trend along with the age's increase;all these showed that t he control and prevention for Hepatitis B should be reinforced.
