| 摘 要： | 用不同浓度的奋乃静体外培养外周血淋巴细胞，检测细胞中的微核。结果表明：对照组微核率为０．２９‰，低浓度组为０．５０‰，高浓度组为１．３７‰。经统计学处理，对照组与高浓度组差异极显著，与低浓度组无显著性差异。表明高浓度奋乃静体外培养可观察到遗传物质损伤。

| Abstract: | eripheral hemolymph cells were cultured withdifferent concentrations of perphenazine to deter-mine their micronuleus. The result showed that themicronucleus rate of control group was 0.29%,oflow-concentration group was 0.5%,of high-concentrtion group was l.37%.There was signifi-cant statistic difference between the control groupand high-concentration group.It indicated that ge-netic material injury can be observed with high-concentration of perphenazine cultured in vitro. |
