抗菌药物与颅脑外科医院感染

摘    要:目的 探讨临床抗菌药物使用状况与颅脑外科医院感染严重性的相互关系。方法 调查近年我院颅脑外科经病原学检查所证实的医院感染病例53例。计69例次发病情况;细菌鉴定采用由法国制造的细菌鉴定药敏分析仪;抗菌药物的药敏试验采用微量测定法。结果 在本组69株病原菌中,铜绿假单胞菌和金黄色葡萄球菌共占37.68%。真菌占28.99%,每例平均使用3.28种抗菌药物。结论 颅脑外科医院感染的严重性。与抗菌药物大占37.68%。真菌占28.99%,每例平均使用3.28种抗菌药物。结论 颅脑外科医院感染的严重性,与抗菌药物大量,重复使用密切相关。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To evaluate the mutual relationship of clinically used antibiotics and severe nosocomial infections in neurocranial surgery. METHODS To investigate morbidity of nosocomial infections verified by etiological examination in our Department of Neurocranial Surgery. There were 53 cases and 69 case times during last three years. A French made bacteria identification and drug sensitivity analyser was adopted. The microdetermination was adopted to drug sensitivity of test antibiotics. RESULTS Among 69 strains of pathogens Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus were 37.68%, fungus and spore of fungus were 28.99%. Antibiotics of 3.28 kinds were averagely used by every case. CONCLUSIONS The study further confirmed that severe nosocomial infection in neurocranial surgery was significantly correlated with massive and repeated use of antibiotics.
