| 摘 要： | 用随机抽样的方法,对泰安、济南、新泰、宁阳、济宁、莱芜和聊城进行了HDV感染状况的血清学调查。共调查乙型肝炎患者335例,共检出HDAg阳性者30例,抗-HD阳性者4例,总阳性率为14.14％。发现急性肝炎组与慢性种炎组HDV感染率有高度显著性差异,表明HDV感染率的高低与慢性肝病密切相关。

| Abstract: | By the random sampling method.we have examined the serum of. HDV infec- tion in Taian Jinan Ningyang, Jining,Laiwu and Liaocheng. 235 patients with pepatitis B were examined. we found 30 patients were HDAg positive,four patients were anti-HD positive. The positive rate was 14.14%. we found marked difference between the acute ones and the chronic ones. The infectious rate of HDV was closely associated with chronic hepatitis. |
