参附注射液联合硝普钠治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭临床观察

目的:观察参附注射液联合硝普钠治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭的疗效。方法:60例随机分成两组,对照组28例用西药常规治疗,治疗组32例在与对照组相同治疗的基础上另用参附注射液及硝普钠。观察两组临床疗效及药物对动脉血pH值、氧分压(PaO2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、气氧饱和度(SaO2)、血液流变学、超声心动图心功能参数的影响。结果:治疗组总有效率90.6%,对照组67.9%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组各项检查指标较治疗前均有显著改善,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:参附注射液联合硝普钠,能改善血气状态,降低血液粘稠度,降低肺动脉压,改善心功能。

Clinical Observation on Heart Failure of Chronic Pneumocardial Disease Treated by Ginseng and strobal Injection Combined with Sodium Nitroprusside

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Ginseng and Strobal Injection combined with Sodium Nitroprusside in treating heart failure of pneumocardial disease.Mehtod: 50 cases were divded into two groups randmly.28 cases were treated with conventional therapy with wetern medicine as the control group while 32 cases were treated with Ginseng and Srobal Injection and Sodium Nitroprusside additionally based on the same conventional therapy as the study group.To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups and the effect of medicines on pH,PaO_2,PaCO_2,SaO_2 of arterial blood,hemorheology and herat function parameter of ultrasonic cardiogram.Result:The total effective rate of the study group is 90.6% while that of the control group is 67.9%.There is significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Each examine index of the study group has been improved obviously than that of before treatment.Compared with that of the control group,it has significant difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: Ginseng and Strobal Injection combined with Sodium Nitroprusside could improve blood gas condition,lower blood viscosity,lower pulmonary artery pressure and improve heart function.
