银杏达莫注射液对44例冠心病病人胰岛素抵抗的影响

目的 :观察银杏达莫注射液对冠心病病人胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法 :78例冠心病病人分为 2组。银杏组 4 4例 ,在常规治疗基础上加用银杏达莫注射液 2 0mL加入氯化钠注射液 2 5 0mL中静脉滴注 ,qd× 2 0d。另外 34例单用常规治疗 2 0d为对照组。观察 2组病人治疗前后空腹血糖、胰岛素、胰岛素敏感指数 (ISI)、血液流变学的变化。结果 :治疗后 ,2组血糖均无显著下降 (P >0 .0 5 )。银杏组治疗后空腹胰岛素下降了 (0 .9±s 2 .5 )mU·L- 1,胰岛素敏感指数升高 0 .3± 0 .9,低切变率全血粘度和血浆粘度下降 ,治疗前后以及与对照组比较均有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :银杏达莫注射液具有改善冠心病病人胰岛素抵抗的作用

Influence of Ginkgo biloba leaf extract and dipyridamole injection on insulin resistance in 44 patients with coronary heart disease

AIM: To observe the influence of Ginkgo biloba leaf extract and dipyridamole injection on insulin resistance (IR) in coronary heart disease patients. METHODS: Seven-eight coronary heart disease patients were divided into two groups: Ginkgo and control group. Forty-four patients in Ginkgo group were treated with conventional treatment of coronary heart disease and Ginkgo biloba leaf extract and dipyridamole injection 20 mL+sodium chloride injection 250 mL, iv, gtt, qd for 20 d. Thirty-four patients in control group were received conventional treatment of coronary heart disease for 20 d only. Fasting blood glucose, serum insulin, hemorheology and insulin sensitivity index (ISI) were observed. RESULTS: After treatment, blood glucose didn't significantly decrease in both two groups (P>(0.05)). In Ginkgo group, the fasting insulin decreased (0.9±s 2.5)mU·L~(-1) and ISI increased 0.3±0.9. There was obvious difference compared with pretreatment and the control group (P<(0.05)). CONCLUSION: Ginkgo biloba leaf extract and dipyridamole injection has good effects in reducing insulin resistance of coronary heart disease patients.
