| 摘 要： | 应用显微分光光度计（ＭＳＰ）和计算机图像分析系统，对人大肠癌、癌旁移行粘膜（ＴＭ）和正常大肠粘膜的细胞核ＤＮＡ含量及细胞核形态进行了测定。结果显示：ＴＭ上皮细胞核ＤＮＡ大于４Ｃ的异倍体细胞明显增多，占５８．４％，反映ＴＭ上皮细胞增生活跃。ＴＭ上皮细胞核面积及核周长介于正常上皮细胞与癌细胞之间，与后两者相比均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），反映ＴＭ上皮细胞核有一定的异型性。结果提示：ＴＭ客观存在，为潜在恶性，与大肠癌的发生有密切关系。

| Abstract: | Microspectrophotometer and computer-assisted image analysis were used to study the nuclei of cells and their DNA contents in human large intestinal adenocarcinoma, transitional mucosa (TM)and the normal mucosa.The results showed that the nuclear DNA contents of TM increased. Cells of which DNA contents were more than 4C were 58.4%,which indicated the existence of proliferative vigorousness.The nuclear area and the perimeter of TM were between the normal and the cancer cells.It suggested the abnormality of TM nuclei to a certain extent. This study confirmed the objective existence of TM and the close relation between TM and.carcinoma. |
