| 摘 要： | 目的探讨恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)的检测在肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法使用比浊法对恶性肿瘤组、非恶性肿瘤组及健康对照组血清中的TSGF含量进行测定。结果恶性肿瘤组患者血清中TSGF含量和阳性检出率明显高于非恶性肿瘤组及健康对照组(p<0.01)。结论TSGF可作为肿瘤标志物的筛选试验,它具有敏感性高及广谱性的优点,可在临床诊断中推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the significance of clinical application of tumor specific growth factor （ TSGF） examination in the diagnosis of malignant tumor. Method By turbidimetry, the TSGF Ievels were respectively measured in malignant group, non - malignant group and healthy control group. Result The TSGF levels and its positive rate in the malignant group were higher than those in the other two groups（p 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion The TSGF detection, with its high sensitivity and broad spectrum, could be popularized as screening test for tumor diagnosis. |
