| 摘 要： | 目的回顾性分析全身麻醉与全身麻醉复合硬膜外阻滞对80岁以上高龄患者上腹部手术的应用，探讨两种麻醉方法在此类患者的应用经验。方法选取本院120-g480岁以上高龄患者手术的临床资料，分为单纯全麻组（GA组）和全麻复合硬膜外阻滞组（GEA组）两组，分析比较两种麻醉方法对患者上腹部手术的循环影响及用药量、术终恢复时间等差异。结果两组在麻醉诱导期的血压波动与麻醉前相比均有显著性差异（P〈0．01），但GEA组较GA纽循环影响更小、用药量少、术终苏醒迅速、术毕镇痛完善。结论单纯全麻不能减轻高龄患者手术过程的循环影响，相对而言，全麻复合硬膜外阻滞，循环波动轻，便于术后镇痛，较适合80岁以上高龄患者。
