| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肾盂癌的多层螺旋CT表现和诊断价值。资料与方法对21例肾盂癌患者进行多层螺旋CT检查,包括平扫、常规三期增强以及多层螺旋CT尿路成像。结果所有患者CT平扫图像均显示为肾盂内的软组织肿块,增强后肿块未见明显强化。尿路成像显示为肾盂内的不规则形充盈缺损。结论多层螺旋CT检查已成为诊断肾盂癌的一种有价值的方法。
