| 摘 要： | 目的研究3.0T磁共振的时间分辨对比剂动态显像技术（TRICKS）对四肢血管瘤的临床诊断价值。方法对18例四肢血管瘤行常规平扫,注入对比剂后应用TRICKS技术行动态血管造影,最后行常规增强扫描,分析病例图像质量和病变显示情况并与手术病理或DSA对照。结果 TRICKS图像动态显示了动静脉的充盈情况和动脉结构,所有病例均能充分显示血管瘤瘤体的供血动脉和引流静脉情况。结合常规扫描,诊断正确率达94%（17/18）。结论TRICKS技术是一种新的、有效的四肢血管成像方法,能动态观察血管瘤血管情况,提高诊断率。
