摘    要:目的比较320排CT冠状动脉造影(CTA)和选择性冠状动脉造影(SCA)对非钙化粥样硬化斑块与管腔狭窄的显示。方法 30名行320排CT冠状动脉造影发现非钙化粥样硬化斑块的患者,同期行SCA检查并进行对比,分析非钙化粥样硬化斑块的特征及相应管腔狭窄程度。结果 30名患者37条冠状动脉大分支的42个非钙化粥样硬化斑块,71.4%发生于血管大分支起始部,稳定性斑块占76.2%。CTA的曲面重建(CPR)测量值与SCA相比显示狭窄的符合度为95.2%,狭窄程度分级基本一致。容积再现技术(VR)的目测值则与SCA存在明显差异。结论冠状动脉造影非钙化粥样硬化斑块。320排CT冠状动脉造影能清晰直观显示非钙化粥样硬化斑块及相应的管腔狭窄,在斑块定性分析上具有明显优势,CPR图像对于评估管腔狭窄度具有重要意义,VR图像不适用于管腔狭窄的评价.
