LASIK治瘵近視的并發癥及處理

目的 探针准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laser in situ keratomileusis ,LASIK)在治疗近视术中和术后的并发症及其处理方法判我们付川144生的并握澈如:角膜瓣假吸,角膜瓣游雕,角膜缘出血,角膜上皮擦腐,角膜瓣偏能中心;和行任出现的并发症如:角膜瓣移位、角膜瓣层间积血,角膜瓣自融,角膜瓣下上皮植入,角膜瓣层间碎屑、异物残留,屈光欠矫、过矫、散光,夜间旋光和结膜下出血,激光切削偏离中心,视网膜脱离等进行了分析,提出处理意见。结果 准分子激光治疗近视1276眼。总的并发症70眼(5.48％),其中术中出现并发症17眼(1.33％),经过对症处理,视力影响不大;术后并发症53眼(4.15％)极罕见由于手术并发症使BSCVA下降2行以上者,同时随着术者手术经验的积累,并发症发生率也随之下降。结论 本组并发症发生率为5.48％与文献报道的3.4％～11.8％发生率基本一致。在并发症中以角膜瓣引起的最为常见(12/70,17.1％)。无论是术中或术后,均可直接影响治疗效果。要求样者熟练掌握手术操作,完善所有检查,严格掌握手术适当症、禁忌症。对术中、术后出现的问题,及时准确诊断,需采取有效处理措施。

Complications and managements of LASIK in treatment of myopia

Objective To find out the complications of treating myopia with excimer laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) and their management. Methods One thousand two hundred and seventy-six eyes were treated with LASIK. During operation, 17 eyes (1.33%) had complications which did not affect the eyesight after treatment. After operation, 53 eyes (4.15%) had complications, including myopia, corneal flap dislocation, epithelial ingrowth and corneal flap erosion, which affected eyesight. Conclusion LASIK in treatment of myopia can have serious complications, so it needs to be carefully conducted and the complications must be diagnozed and managed timely and properly at and after operation
