职业性三氯乙烯药疹样皮炎患者不舒适的原因分析及护理对策

目的探讨引起职业性三氯乙烯（TCE）药疹样皮炎患者不舒适的原因及解决对策。方法采用深圳市职业病防治院自行设计的职业性TCE药疹样皮炎不舒适症状调查表,对43例患者皮疹期、剥脱期、恢复期3个阶段进行问卷调查,并制定相应的护理对策。结果TCE药疹样皮炎患者在不同阶段由于疾病病状（疼痛、瘙痒、发热、口腔溃疡等）以及心理压力和环境影响是造成患者不舒适的原因。结论了解TCE药疹样皮炎患者不舒适症状的相关因素和影响程度,采用针对性的护理对策,通过舒适护理能减轻患者的痛苦,促进病人康复,提高护理质量和病人的满意度。
