| 摘 要： | 以一种新型生物制剂ＫＳ１５８液为主要成分，复配蛇床子、龙诞香、薄荷等中草药。该生物加植物型消毒液（１∶１稀释）对白色念珠菌作用２ｍｉｎ，对淋病奈瑟氏菌作用５ｍｉｎ，杀灭率可达９９９％以上。毒性试验ＬＤ５０＞５０００ｍｇ／ｋｇ，属无毒，皮肤和粘膜刺激试验４８ｈ，刺激积分为０，属于无刺激性。

| Abstract: | The new kind of biological product Funing biological liquid whose primany component is KS158,Compounded of Chinese medicine such as fructus canidii,mentholum etc,has germicidal effect.The expermental results indicate that the germicidal rate of the biological liquid to both Candida albicans exposed to its 50% solution for 2 min,and Neisseria gonorrhoeae exposed to the same solution for 5 min respectively was higher than 99 9%. The oral toxic test of mice shows LD 50 >5000mg/kg,therefore it is nontoxic substance.48 hour irritative test to skin and conjunctiva indicates is 0,so it belongs to non irritative substance. |
