| 摘 要： | 维和医疗分队在任务期，主抽组医院参与管理是确保维和任务圆满完成的关键环节。本文结合工作实践，系统分析了主抽组医院实施跟踪管理的成功做法和主要成效，为维和医疗分队主抽组医院实施管理提供了经验。

| Abstract: | During the peace-keeping mission of medical contingent,management of the sample-forming hospital was the important factor effecting the accomplishment of medical support.According to the author's experience,the article analyzed systematically the successful methods of accompaniment management of the sample-forming hospital to provide reference for other medical contingent. |
